Beloved Dance Family

We would like to Invite you to the SunDance Festival and Jam of Arts in North Greece. Mridu will be there, sharing Ecstatic Dance and From Separation to Unity Sessions along with other teachers and Facilitators.

Jam of Arts & SunDance retreats end of August begin of September in north Greece.

We will be hosted in a beautiful campsite-hotel surrounded by trees, with a large private golden beach and fantastic traditional Greek food!

Sundance Festival

A big dance floor is constructed on the beach next to the sea,.

SinDance focuses on Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms©, Azul, Mindful voice and Movement practices, Contact improvisation, Yoga, and Bothmer movement meditation, as well as live DJ sets and holistic Health approaches such as ZenThaiShiatsu massage and homeopathy.

Jam of Arts focuses on Contact Improvisation, somatics, applied anatomy, the Ilan Lev method, Feldenkrais, improv to composition, Yoga, and Bothmer movement meditation. It also features live music and holistic Health approaches such as ZenThaiShiatsu massage and homeopathy.

Το SunDance εστιάζει σε Ecstatic Dance, 5Rhythms©, Azul, Mindful voice and Movement πρακτικές, Contact Improvisation, Yoga και Bothmer κινήσεις διαλογισμού, καθώς και ζωντανά DJ sets και ολιστικές προσεγγίσεις υγείας, όπως ZenThaiShiatsu μασάζ και ομοιοπαθητική.

Το Jam of Arts εστιάζει στον αυτοσχεδιασμό επαφής, τη σωματική, την εφαρμοσμένη ανατομία, τη μέθοδο Ilan Lev, το Feldenkrais, τη βελτίωση στη σύνθεση, τη γιόγκα και τον διαλογισμό κίνησης Bothmer. Διαθέτει επίσης ζωντανή μουσική και ολιστικές προσεγγίσεις υγείας, όπως μασάζ ZenThaiShiatsu και ομοιοπαθητική.
