🔥 About Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is the fruit of the Theobroma tree before it is processed into chocolate. It is one of the richest foods in magnesium supporting heart health, optimal brain health, relaxing the nervous system, joints and muscles.
It stimulates blood flow, while also creating relaxation and gently opens the heart.
This beautiful duality of feeling awake and energized while feeling carefree and open is the gift of Cacao that supports the Ecstatic Dance atmosphere which encourages freedom and expression through dance.

Contact is more of a movement experience involving the body and mind in interaction with other people than a dance technique or form. It began to be developed in the early 1970s by charismatic dancers, scholars, and one might say, scientists and philosophers, of movement and life, such as Steve Paxton, Nita Little, Daniel Lepkoff, Nancy

Mridu is the founder of Ecstatic Radiance.
He is a Dj, Facilitator & Therapist working with people in different modalities. His vision is holistic humanity where we humans can live & care for oneself and the other. In his Ecstatic Dances, he shares his soul’s heart, and he also gets wild and dark to explore all different sides of human consciousness.
Ecstatic Radiance – represents a Community healing Movement, inviting friends to co-create and share the gift of healing & growth with different modalities and ways.

Melissa Lumina Vlahos works with the wisdom of the body, bridging the conscious with the subconscious, to access deeper truths and clarity for self-love, expression, and healing. She addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the body, utilizing trauma informed skills, to access holistic wholeness.
Her approach of empowering you to be the teacher and curious student of your own body opens up an access point for sustainable results and connection to your body’s infinite source of knowledge.
She is a certified pelvic health & sexual wellness practitioner, works with the medicines of plant & honey, an artist, and for the past 10 years she has been holding sacred space and guiding women to safely express, integrate, and embrace all aspects of themselves with love, compassion and acceptance.
As the creator of The Unleashed Project and founder of SOMA Temple, Melissa believes that “when we come from a place of love and self-acceptance then we can truly be ourselves.”

🔥 About George Vasilopoulos
George Vasilopoulos was born in Athens. He is a graduate of the National School of Dance (KSOT) and the Athens Medical School. He has danced for the Hellenic Dance Company in various productions and in collaboration with invited choreographers of the company, such as Antonis Foniadakis (Facades), Jasmin Vardimon (Tomorrow) and others.
In January 2018 he participatedin the performance “La Création du Monde” in collaboration with the Fluxum Foundation and the Athens State Orchestra at the Athens Music Hall. In February 2020 he had been a part of the dance company Dancers of North presenting “Romeo and Juliet” in Thesaloniki Dance Hall.
In July 2019 he has presented his first professional choreographic work in Zante Dance Festival ( Zante,Greece) with the title “ I + I + I = I \ / “ in collaboration with the conductor Kornilios Selamsis.
He has been teaching contemporary dance and contact improvisation since 2017.»

💥 Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλοισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

💥 Σχετικά με το Cacao Ceremony
Το κακάο είναι ο καρπός του δέντρου Theobroma πριν μετατραπεί σε σοκολάτα. Είναι μια από τις πιο πλούσιες τροφές σε μαγνήσιο που υποστηρίζει την υγεία της καρδιάς, τη βέλτιστη υγεία του εγκεφάλου, χαλαρώνει το νευρικό σύστημα, τις αρθρώσεις και τους μυς.
Διεγείρει τη ροή του αίματος, ενώ παράλληλα δημιουργεί χαλάρωση και ανοίγει απαλά την καρδιά.

Το Contact αποτελεί περισσότερο μια εμπειρία κίνησης στην οποία συμμετέχει το σώμα και ο νους σε αλληλεπίδραση με άλλους ανθρώπους παρά μία τεχνική ή φόρμα χορού. Ξεκίνησε να αναπτύσσεται στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του 1970 από χαρισματικούς χορευτές, μελετητές και θα μπορούσε να πεί κανείς, επιστήμονες και φιλοσόφους, της κίνησης και της ζωής, όπως ο Steve Paxton, Nita Little, Daniel Lepkoff, Nancy

💥 Σχετικά με τον Γιώργο Βασιλόπουλο
Ο Γιώργος Βασιλόπουλος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα. Είναι απόφοιτος της Εθνικής Σχολής Χορού (ΚΣΟΤ) και της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών. Έχει χορέψει για την Ελληνική Εταιρεία Χορού σε διάφορες παραγωγές και σε συνεργασία με προσκεκλημένους χορογράφους της παρέας, όπως ο Αντώνης Φωνιαδάκης (Προσόψεις), η Γιασμίν Βαρδήμων (Αύριο) κ.α.
Τον Ιανουάριο του 2018 συμμετείχε στην παράσταση «La Création du Monde» σε συνεργασία με το Ίδρυμα Fluxum και την Κρατική Ορχήστρα Αθηνών στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών. Τον Φεβρουάριο του 2020 συμμετείχε στη χορευτική ομάδα Dancers of North παρουσιάζοντας το «Romeo and Juliet» στην αίθουσα χορού Θεσσαλονίκης.
Τον Ιούλιο του 2019 παρουσίασε την πρώτη του επαγγελματική χορογραφική δουλειά στο Zante Dance Festival (Ζάκυνθος, Ελλάδα) με τίτλο «I + I + I = I \ /» σε συνεργασία με τον μαέστρο Κορνήλιο Σελαμσή.
Διδάσκει σύγχρονο χορό και αυτοσχεδιασμό επαφής από το 2017.
