Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλοισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

Ώρα να επιπλέετε στα ηχητικά κύματα των τραγουδιστών Bowls Flutes και των ηχητικών υφών. Ομαλή μετάβαση στη χαλάρωση από τον Εκστατικό Χορό στην ηρεμία και την ισορροπία σώματος και πνεύματος.

Το Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) είναι μια πρακτική χορού και θεραπείας που ενσωματώνει τις μεθόδους Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation και Passing Through με πρακτικές τσιγκόνγκ, γιόγκα, θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ενεργειακή εργασία, ενσυνειδητότητα και ηγετικές δεξιότητες, ιδιοδεκτικές και εξωδεκτικές αισθήσεις, σωματικότητα και αρχές του συμπεριφορισμού, καθώς και τις φιλοσοφίες του Βουδισμού, του Ινδουισμού και του Ταοϊσμού. Αυτές οι πρακτικές είναι αλληλένδετες για να δημιουργήσουν μια ολιστική ενοποίηση του Σώματος, του Νου, της Καρδιάς και του Πνεύματος.

Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that integrates Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation and Passing Through with practices of qigong, yoga, healing modalities and energy work, mindfulness and leadership skills, proprioceptive and exteroceptive senses, somatics and principles of behaviorism, as well as the philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism. These practices are well-woven together to create a holistic integration of the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit.

A time to float on the Sound waves of singing Bowls, Flutes, and sound textures. A smooth transition into relaxation from the Ecstatic Dance to calmness and balance of body and mind.

Mridu is the founder of Ecstatic Radiance – Community Healing Movement. She facilitates seminars and individual sessions that help people create a better life and heal traumas. He uses various techniques such as the Heart consciousness, biodynamic breathing, dance & conscious movement, and others.
His vision is holistic humanity where we humans can live & take care of ourselves, the environment, and our fellow man through respect, love, and, above all, Consciousness.
Ecstatic Radiance – Community Healing Movement represents his creative side, inviting friends & partners to co-create and share the gift of self-awareness.

🔥 About George Palilis
Fresh from Vienna after living 19 Years, now in Hellas(GR) and spreading further the magic of Music and Sound healing, the way i have learned it. Healing happens when art and beauty apply. I have Studied Electronics and Music Production, I also study Sound healing and now into alternative healing methods, and Yoga.
I work as a DJ for around 15 years, Sound engineer, and since 2020 i practice Sound healing and do private sessions and play live, Sound Journeys at the end of Yoga classes and Ecstatic Dances, in Vienna and small Festivals. Music is the Divine Art.
My “Sound Journey” is a Hybrid session of Live played music Flute, Thong drum Bowls Gongs and other instr. played with electro-acoustic instruments and studio recordings i ve done to create an ambient space. A live music improvisation, each time a little different.
Using a combination of just simple instruments floating around the place of the event, as well as amplified sounds through speakers carefully to reach a bigger audience, offer the magic of frequency vibration. I Usually work with Instruments Tuned into 432Hz, both electronic and acoustic, as a matter of personal taste.

🔥 About Felix Metzger
Felix Metzger studied Sociology and Philosophy earning a Master’s degree in Germany, while discovering his passion for improvisational dance.
In 2017 he moved to Greece and started participating in the Contact Improv group Ex Nihilo. He is one of the founding members of The Beehive Community, which offers workshops for self-development and Culture of Care leading into social change.
In July 2023 he attended the facilitator training course of the dance healing method Contact Beyond Contact (Unity Space) and since October 2023 he has been offering sessions of the method at the Ananda Unity Performative and Healing Arts Center in Athens.

MriduFounder of Ecstatic RadianceMridu is the founder of Ecstatic Radiance – a Community Healing Movement. At Ecstatic Radiance, together with friends, he co-creates & shares the gift of healing and self-development. Meditation & awareness is the base of Ecstatic Radiance with an opening to all directions and healing modalities, always with deep respect and love towards any form of life.
He is a Mentor & Trainer of (FSTU) From Separation To Unity – Heart Consciousness Evolution. FSTU is a healing system that arose intuitively and aligns with the latest scientific research into Heart Consciousness.
He was born in Greece; In 2007, he visited the Osho Afroz Meditation Center, where he met a new way of life through Meditation & healing. He fell in love with the conscious way of living and working with people.All his work effort comes down to a single line of using different modalities as a vehicle to open the body/mind and access deeper spaces of consciousness, joy, presence & healing: a vision & a way to transform the individual conditioned human into a holistic, conscious being.
He has trained in Osho Meditative Therapies ( Mystic Rose, No Mind, Born Again ), Biodynamic Breathwork BBTRS, Tantra, Osho Active Meditations, and Sound Healing, and he is a Reiki Master.
