💥 Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλοισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.
🔥 Σχετικά με το Singing Circle
Σε έναν κύκλο τραγουδιού, ενώνουμε τις φωνές μας, τραγουδώντας μαζί, είναι κάτι άλλο από το να έχουμε καλή φωνή. Έχει να κάνει με το να βάζεις την εσωτερική σου δύναμη και την καρδιά σου, να τραγουδάς για να εκφράσεις ευγνωμοσύνη και να συνδεθείς δυναμικά με τους άλλους και τις μελωδίες. Επιτρέποντας στην καρδιά να λάμψει!
🧜 Γιορταζοντας την Θαλασσα
Μέσα στην καρδία του δικού μας χειμώνα, 2 Φλεβάρη, γιορτάζεται στην Βραζιλία η αφροβραζιλιανα θεά Iemanja. Μητέρα της θάλασσας, μητέρα του νερού
Αυτή η μέρα που τόσοι άνθρωποι, στην άλλη άκρη του κόσμου, συναντιούνται για να τιμήσουν τον Ωκεανό, είναι ευκαιρία να συνδεθούμε με την δική μας Θάλασσα που εδώ στην Ελλάδα μας θρέφει από μικρά παιδιά
Ελάτε να θυμηθούμε και να αναγνωρίσουμε, μέσα από το τραγούδι και τον χορό, την σχέση μας με το απέραντο γαλάζιο.
Στον χώρο θα υπάρχει ένας βωμός, Altar, αφιερωμένο στην Θεά της Θάλασσας. Οποίος θέλει μπορεί να φέρει κάποιο αντικείμενο, όχι μεγαλύτερο από μια παλάμη, που εκφράζει την σχέση του με την θάλασσα. ( θα το πάρετε πίσω στον τέλος της βραδιάς)
Θα μπούμε ήπια στην διαδικασία του Herbal Bath, είναι μια μορφή καθαρισμού και συντονισμού με βότανα

🧜 Celebrating the Mother Sea
In the heart of winter, February 2, in Brazil, the Afro-Brazilian goddess Iemanja is celebrated—mother of the sea, mother of waters.
This day, when so many people on the other side of the world gather to honor the Ocean, is an opportunity for us to connect with our own Sea, which here in Greece has nourished us since we were little children.
Let’s remember and recognize, through song, dance and silence, our relationship with the endless blue..
In the space, an Altar will be dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. Anyone who wants can bring an object, no more significant than the palm of their hand, that expresses their relationship with the sea. (you’ll get it back at the end of the night)
We will invite you to a gentle Herbal Bath, it is a form of cleansing and attuning with herbs.
An altar is a dedication, a point of reference, a presence. We want to create an altar dedicated to the Sea. Let’s create this presence together. What is the Sea for you? Which object carries her vibration or her memory? The more personal this object is, the more profound meaning it has for you, the more powerful our altar will be.

George PalilisSound Healing, Ecstatic Dance DjFresh from Vienna after living 19 Years, now in Hellas(GR) and spreading further the magic of Music and Sound healing, the way i have learned it. Healing happens when art and beauty apply. I have Studied Electronics and Music Production, I also study Sound healing and now into alternative healing methods, and Yoga.
I work as a DJ for around 15 years, Sound engineer, and since 2020 i practice Sound healing and do private sessions and play live, Sound Journeys at the end of Yoga classes and Ecstatic Dances, in Vienna and small Festivals. Music is the Divine Art.My “Sound Journey” is a Hybrid session of Live played music Flute, Thong drum Bowls Gongs and other instr. played with electro-acoustic instruments and studio recordings i ve done to create an ambient space. A live music improvisation, each time a little different.
Using a combination of just simple instruments floating around the place of the event, as well as amplified sounds through speakers carefully to reach a bigger audience, offer the magic of frequency vibration. I Usually work with Instruments Tuned into 432Hz, both electronic and acoustic, as a matter of personal taste. -
MriduFounder of Ecstatic RadianceMridu is the founder of Ecstatic Radiance – a Community Healing Movement. At Ecstatic Radiance, together with friends, he co-creates & shares the gift of healing and self-development. Meditation & awareness is the base of Ecstatic Radiance with an opening to all directions and healing modalities, always with deep respect and love towards any form of life.
He is a Mentor & Trainer of (FSTU) From Separation To Unity – Heart Consciousness Evolution. FSTU is a healing system that arose intuitively and aligns with the latest scientific research into Heart Consciousness.
He was born in Greece; In 2007, he visited the Osho Afroz Meditation Center, where he met a new way of life through Meditation & healing. He fell in love with the conscious way of living and working with people.All his work effort comes down to a single line of using different modalities as a vehicle to open the body/mind and access deeper spaces of consciousness, joy, presence & healing: a vision & a way to transform the individual conditioned human into a holistic, conscious being.
He has trained in Osho Meditative Therapies ( Mystic Rose, No Mind, Born Again ), Biodynamic Breathwork BBTRS, Tantra, Osho Active Meditations, and Sound Healing, and he is a Reiki Master.

Polyxeni AklidiPolyxeni has studied theater at the National School of Northern Greece and holds an MA from Dartington College of Arts, she has worked as an actress for many years. She has traveled extensively in India and Brazil. She practices and teaches Jivamukti yoga and meditation. Her practice includes singing. She plays music and shares songs in a ceremonial context. She writes her own songs.
