🐰 Η εκδήλωση είναι φιλική προς την οικογένεια (παιδιά 11 ετών και κάτω χορεύουν δωρεάν!) Πάντα με την συνοδεία και εποπτεία τον γονιών.
💥 Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλογισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.
💥 Σχετικά με το Who am i? warm-up session
Χρησιμοποιώντας καθοδηγούμενη συνηδητή αναπνοή και βλέποντας τον εαυτό μας στον καθρέπτη θα ρωτήσουμε τον εαυτό μας, Ποιος είμαι; Ποιός είμαι χωρίς την μάσκα μου, χωρίς την κοινωνική μου ταυτότητα; Πως λαμβάνω τον εαυτό μου βλέποντας με στον καθρέπτη; Πώς κρίνω και πως αποδέχομαι τον εαυτό μου. Καθώς θα αναπνέουμε σε όλο αυτό και με επίκεντρο την καρδιά θα ανακαλύψουμε τις πραγματικές ποιότητες του εαυτού μας.
💥 Σχετικά με το Sound Healing Journey
Ώρα να επιπλέετε στα ηχητικά κύματα των τραγουδιστών Bowls Flutes και των ηχητικών υφών. Ομαλή μετάβαση στη χαλάρωση από τον Εκστατικό Χορό στην ηρεμία και την ισορροπία σώματος και πνεύματος.

💥 About Who am i? warm-up session
Using guided conscious breathing and looking at ourselves in the mirror, we will ask ourselves, Who am I? Who am I without my mask, without my social identity? How do I perceive myself when I look in the mirror? How I judge and accept myself. We will discover our true qualities as we breathe into all of this and are heart-centered.
💥 About Sound Healing Journey
A time to float on the Sound waves of singing Bowls, Flutes, and sound textures. A smooth transition into relaxation from the Ecstatic Dance to calmness and balance of body and mind.
