Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλογισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

Χρησιμοποιώντας καθοδηγούμενη συνηδητή αναπνοή και βλέποντας τον εαυτό μας στον καθρέπτη θα ρωτήσουμε τον εαυτό μας, Ποιος είμαι; Ποιός είμαι χωρίς την μάσκα μου, χωρίς την κοινωνική μου ταυτότητα; Πως λαμβάνω τον εαυτό μου βλέποντας με στον καθρέπτη; Πώς κρίνω και πως αποδέχομαι τον εαυτό μου. Καθώς θα αναπνέουμε σε όλο αυτό και με επίκεντρο την καρδιά θα ανακαλύψουμε τις πραγματικές ποιότητες του εαυτού μας.

Από έναν θεραπευτικό χώρο εμπιστοσύνης, παρουσίας και ακινησίας, μεταφερόμαστε μέσα στην ατμόσφαιρα των ποιοτήτων, επανασυνδέομενοι με τις ποιοτητες μας και επιτρέποντας την απεριόριστη ροή της Αγάπης και της Αλήθειας που είναι πάντα στη διάθεσή μας.

Χρησιμοποιώντας την αναπνοή, την επίγνωση του σώματος και την ενέργεια της καρδιάς, θα εξερευνήσουμε την αρχαία τεχνική του βλέμματος στο αριστερό μάτι ενός άλλου συμμετέχοντα. Αυτή η απλή αλλά ισχυρή διαδικασία έχει ως αποτέλεσμα το φυσικό αποτέλεσμα της εμπειρίας της διάλυσης των αυτοεπιβαλλόμενων φραγμών που συνήθως δημιουργούν διαχωρισμό. Καθώς η άπειρη ροή της Αγάπης, της Αλήθειας και της Επίγνωσης επεκτείνεται, τότε μπορούμε να λάβουμε το δώρο της θεραπείας της καρδιάς.

💥 Σχετικά με το Singing Circle

Σε έναν κύκλο τραγουδιού, ενώνουμε τις φωνές μας, τραγουδώντας δυνατά, είναι κάτι άλλο από το να έχεις καλή φωνή. Το μόνο που έχει να κάνει είναι να βάλεις την εσωτερική σου δύναμη και την καρδιά σου, να υπογράψεις από το πνευματικό σου κέντρο για να εκφράσεις ευγνωμοσύνη, να συνδεθείς δυναμικά ο ένας με τον άλλον και τις μελωδίες, επιτρέποντας στην καρδιά να λάμψει!

Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that integrates Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation and Passing Through with practices of qigong, yoga, healing modalities and energy work, mindfulness and leadership skills, proprioceptive and exteroceptive senses, somatics and principles of behaviorism, as well as the philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism. These practices are well-woven together to create a holistic integration of the Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit.

🔥 About George Palilis
Fresh from Vienna after living 19 Years, now in Hellas(GR) and spreading further the magic of Music and Sound healing, the way i have learned it. Healing happens when art and beauty apply. I have Studied Electronics and Music Production, I also study Sound healing and now into alternative healing methods, and Yoga.
I work as a DJ for around 15 years, Sound engineer, and since 2020 i practice Sound healing and do private sessions and play live, Sound Journeys at the end of Yoga classes and Ecstatic Dances, in Vienna and small Festivals. Music is the Divine Art.
My “Sound Journey” is a Hybrid session of Live played music Flute, Thong drum Bowls Gongs and other instr. played with electro-acoustic instruments and studio recordings i ve done to create an ambient space. A live music improvisation, each time a little different.
Using a combination of just simple instruments floating around the place of the event, as well as amplified sounds through speakers carefully to reach a bigger audience, offer the magic of frequency vibration. I Usually work with Instruments Tuned into 432Hz, both electronic and acoustic, as a matter of personal taste.

🔥 About Felix Metzger
Felix Metzger studied Sociology and Philosophy earning a Master’s degree in Germany, while discovering his passion for improvisational dance.
In 2017 he moved to Greece and started participating in the Contact Improv group Ex Nihilo. He is one of the founding members of The Beehive Community, which offers workshops for self-development and Culture of Care leading into social change.
In July 2023 he attended the facilitator training course of the dance healing method Contact Beyond Contact (Unity Space) and since October 2023 he has been offering sessions of the method at the Ananda Unity Performative and Healing Arts Center in Athens.

This is a unique space where by drinking Ceremonial Cacao, we are invited to set our intentions for our life, dance and embody them.
It is a healing space where we open to connect with our inner self and share with others. The event is co-organized by Mridu & Ecstatic Radiance & Villa Melodia.

💥 What is Ecstatic Dance:
At Ecstatic Dance, we join together to create a safe and sacred space for dancing, expressing ourselves, and expanding in a conscious way. No talking on the dance floor allows us to move out of our heads and into our bodies, hearts, and souls. We leave behind the words and worries of the day and connect with spirit and one another in new, more real ways. It is designed to be a safe container, where you can dance alone or with others.

💥 Mridu, along with the Ecstatic Radiance team and Villa Melodia, will cook Cacao and share it in a meditative way, inviting us to set our intentions for this dance. Mridu will then lead us to Ecstatic Dance and take us on a journey with a mix of Downtempo, deep basslines, world, tribal, Organic, and electronic music and sounds.

💥 About Cacao
Cacao is the fruit of the Theobroma tree before it is processed into chocolate. It is one of the richest foods in magnesium supporting heart health, optimal brain health, relaxing the nervous system, the joints and muscles.
It stimulates blood flow, while also creating relaxation and gently opens the heart.
This beautiful duality of feeling awake and energized while feeling carefree and open is the gift of Cacao that supports the Ecstatic Dance atmosphere which encourages freedom and expression through dance.

💥 Λίγα λόγια για το Ecstatic Dance
Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ένα μείγμα των κόσμων του Conscious Dance (Συνειδητός Χορός) και του DJ Culture. Εκεί δημιουργούμε μαζί έναν ασφαλή και ιερό χώρο όπου χορεύουμε, εκφραζόμαστε, και διερευνόμαστε με συνειδητότητα. Χωρίς να μιλάμε, κατεβαίνουμε από το νου, και μπαίνουμε μέσα στο σώμα μας, την καρδιά και την ψυχή μας. Αφήνουμε πίσω τις έννοιες της ημέρας και συνδεόμαστε με το πνεύμα μας, και με τους υπόλοιπους ανθρώπους με καινούριους, αληθινούς τρόπους. Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ένας ασφαλής χώρος όπου ο καθένας μπορεί να χορέψει μόνος ή να μοιραστεί την εμπειρία με άλλους.

💥 Ο Mridu μαζί με την ομάδα της Ecstatic Radiance θα μαγειρέψουν το Κακαο και θα το μοιραστούν με ένα διαλογιστικό τροπο προσκαλόντας μας να θέσουμε τις προθέσεις μας για αυτο τον χορό. O Mridu στην συνέχεια θα μας οδηγήσει στο Ecstatic Dance και θα μας ταξιδέψει με ένα μείγμα Downtempo, deep bass-lines, world, tribal, Organic & ηλεκτρονικής μουσικής και ήχων.

💥 Λίγα λόγια για τo κακάο
Το κακάο είναι ο καρπός του δέντρου Theobroma πριν μετατραπεί σε σοκολάτα. Είναι μια από τις πιο πλούσιες τροφές σε μαγνήσιο που υποστηρίζει την υγεία της καρδιάς, τη βέλτιστη υγεία του εγκεφάλου, χαλαρώνει το νευρικό σύστημα, τις αρθρώσεις και τους μυς.
Διεγείρει τη ροή του αίματος, ενώ παράλληλα δημιουργεί χαλάρωση και ανοίγει απαλά την καρδιά.
Αυτή η όμορφη δυαδικότητα του να αισθάνεσαι ξύπνιος και γεμάτος ενέργεια ενώ νιώθεις ξέγνοιαστος και ανοιχτός είναι το δώρο του κακάο που υποστηρίζει την ατμόσφαιρα Ecstatic Dance που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση μέσω του χορού.
