Με τον Mridu στο Ecstatic Dance, προθέρμανση “Αφυπνίζοντας το σώμα” με την Λουκιανή Παπαδάκη και Sound Healing Jounrey με τον Γιώργο Παλήλη στην Αθήνα, Kabeiria.

🐰 Η εκδήλωση είναι φιλική προς την οικογένεια (παιδιά 11 ετών και κάτω χορεύουν δωρεάν!) Πάντα με την συνοδεία και εποπτεία τον γονιών.

✨ Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance

Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλογισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

✨ Σχετικά με το θέμα “Defend the Sacred – Υπερασπίσου το Ιερό”

Το “Defend the Sacred” είναι ένας όρος που χρησιμοποιείται κυρίως στην παράδοση των Σαμάνων και ενσωματώνει την ιδέα να εξερευνήσουμε τι είναι ιερό στη ζωή μας. Θέλουμε να εισαγάγουμε αυτήν την έννοια στην εκδήλωσή μας προσκαλώντας σας να αναλογιστείτε τι θεωρείτε ιερό. Σε έναν κόσμο όπου πολλές αξίες έχουν σκουριάσει και η θρησκεία μερικές φορές έχει γίνει επιχείρηση, πιστεύουμε ότι η Ιερότητα εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει—όχι έξω από εμάς, αλλά μέσα μας. Σας ενθαρρύνουμε να συνδεθείτε με αυτόν τον εσωτερικό χώρο της Ιερότητας.

✨ Σχετικά με το “Αφυπνίζοντας το σώμα”

Μέσα από ένα ήπιο κινητικό ζέσταμα θα αφυπνίσουμε το σώμα, για να εμβαθύνουμε στην εμπειρία της έκφραση μας μέσα από τον χορό. Πως παραμένω ταυτόχρονα δεκτικός και ενεργός.. αφήνομαι στον ρυθμό ή ανατροφοδοτώ τον ρυθμό.. αποκαλύπτοντας τον εαυτό μου μέσα από την κίνηση.

✨ Σχετικά με το Sound Healing Journey

Ώρα να επιπλέετε στα ηχητικά κύματα των τραγουδιστών Bowls Flutes και των ηχητικών υφών. Ομαλή μετάβαση στη χαλάρωση από τον Εκστατικό Χορό στην ηρεμία και την ισορροπία σώματος και πνεύματος.

“Defend the Sacred” is a term used primarily in Saman tradition, and it embodies the idea of exploring what is sacred in our lives. We want to introduce this concept at our event by inviting you to reflect on what you consider sacred. In a world where many values have rusted, and religion has sometimes become a business, we believe that Sacredness still exists—not outside us, but within. We encourage you to connect with this inner space of Sacredness.

🔥 About Awakening the body

We will be guided through a gentle movement activation to allow us a full immersion of the body into the dance. How to be both receptive and active… allow myself to be swept by the rhythm or generate the rhythm.. discovering my agency in the dance.

🔥 About Sound Healing Journey

A time to float on the Sound waves of singing Bowls, Flutes, and sound textures. A smooth transition into relaxation from the Ecstatic Dance to calmness and balance of body and mind.
