❤️ Οι Ecstatic Radiance & Rhea Temple ενώνουν τη μαγεία τους και σας προσκαλούν σε ένα μοναδικό εορταστικό event τελετής cacao, ecstatic dance, σαμανικού ταξιδιού και ηχοθεραπείας με τον Μridu Pavlos, την Πολυάνα Ameyali και τον Γιώργο Παλίλη!
Με την τελετή cacao συνδημιουργούμε τον ιερό χώρο καθώς με συντονισμένες κινήσεις και αναπνοές ανοίγουμε την καρδιά για να εισέλθουμε στο ecstatic dance floor!

Αφού εκφραστούμε ελεύθερα στο χορό με τις προσωπικές μας προθέσεις, θα οδηγηθούμε σε σαμανικό ταξίδι οραματισμού της νέας χρονιάς που έρχεται, ενσωματώνοντας όλα όσα θελουμε να μας φέρει!

Τέλος θα αφεθούμε στην φλογέρα & Sound Healing Journey αφομοιώνοντας την εμπειρία και ξεκουράζοντας το σώμα.

🐰 Η εκδήλωση είναι φιλική προς την οικογένεια (παιδιά 11 ετών και κάτω χορεύουν δωρεάν!) Πάντα με την συνοδεία και εποπτεία τον γονιών.

✨ Σχετικά με το Cacao Ceremony

H τελετή του κακάο είναι μία από τις παλαιότερες ολιστικές θεραπευτικές πρακτικές που χρησιμοποιούνται από αυτόχθονες πολιτισμούς της Αμερικής, με πιο γνωστή την κουλτούρα των Μάγια. Ο σκοπός αυτής της πρακτικής είναι να συνδέσει τους συμμετέχοντες μέσα από την καρδιά και να επαναφέρει την εξισορρόπηση των ενεργειών στο σώμα για να ανακτηθεί η υγεία σε πολλαπλά επίπεδα. Η κατανάλωση κακάο δεν προκαλεί παραισθήσεις ή κάποια ψυχεδελική εμπειρία «έξω από το σώμα». Το κακάο είναι μια αρχαία υπερτροφή, με υψηλή συγκέντρωση βιταμινών, ανόργανων συστατικών και είναι ισχυρό αντιοξειδωτικό. Αυξάνει τη ροή του αίματος (οξυγόνο και θρεπτικά συστατικά) στον εγκέφαλο, καθώς και προκαλεί την απελευθέρωση ενδορφινών που βελτιώνουν τη διάθεσή μας. Δυναμώνει το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα και μειώνει τη χοληστερόλη και την αρτηριακή πίεση. Μας βάζει ενεργειακά σε μια διαλογιστική κατάσταση και αγγίζει απαλά την καρδιά, καθοδηγώντας μας σε ένα εσωτερικό ταξίδι βαθιά μέσα στο συναισθηματικό κέντρο του σώματός μας. Μέσα από αυτή την όμορφη και απαραίτητη σύνδεση, θα μπούμε σε ένα μουσικό και χορευτικό ταξίδι!

✨ Σχετικά με τον Ecstatic Dance

Το Ecstatic Dance είναι ενας διαλογισμός μεσα απο τον χορό που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς λόγια, ουσίες ( αλκοόλ κτλ ) και χορεύοντας ξυπόλιτοι.
Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Το Ecstatic Dance δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο.

✨ Σχετικά με το Shamanic Drum Journey

Το εσωτερικό αυτό ταξίδι προέρχεται από μια αρχαία πρακτική των αυτόχθονων σαμάνων. O σταθερός ήχος του τυμπάνου που συμβολίζει τον ρυθμό της καρδιάς του σύμπαντος, συνδέεται με τον ήχο της καρδιάς της μητέρας που ακούμε ως έμβρυα στη μήτρα και δημιουργεί ένα ασφαλές πλαίσιο γύρω μας ώστε να αφεθούμε να ταξιδέψουμε στον εσωτερικό μας κόσμο. Μέσα από την τέχνη της χρήσης του ρυθμού, μπορούμε να εισέλθουμε σε μια αλλαγμένη κατάσταση συνείδησης για να συνδεθούμε με την πνευματική διάσταση του εαυτού.
Με μια σαφή πρόθεση, μπορούμε να ταξιδέψουμε σε άλλες σφαίρες πρόσβασης στην εσωτερική μας σοφία, μέσα από μια διαλογιστική κατάσταση. Πηγαίνουμε εκεί για να λάβουμε γνώση και θεραπεία από τον εσωτερικό μας δάσκαλο, αλλά και για να ενεργοποιήσουμε τη δύναμη υλοποίησης που όλοι έχουμε μέσα μας.

❤️ Ecstatic Radiance & Rhea Temple unite their magic and invite you to a unique festive event of cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance, shamanic journey and sound healing with Mridu Pavlos, Poliana Ameyali and George Palilis!

With the cacao ceremony we co-create the sacred space, while coordinated movements will open the hearts, to enter the ecstatic dance floor!
After freely expressing ourselves in the dance with our personal intentions, we will be led on a shamanic journey of envisioning the new year to come, incorporating everything we want it to bring us!

Finally, we will let ourselves relax in the Live Flute & Sound Healing Journey, integrating the experience and resting the body.

✨ A few words about the Cacao Ceremony:

The cacao ceremony is one of the oldest holistic healing practices employed by indigenous cultures of the Americas, with the Mayan culture being the most renowned. Its purpose is to connect participants through the heart and restore the energetic balance of the body to reclaim health on multiple levels. Consuming cacao does not induce hallucinations or any “out-of-body” psychedelic experience. Cacao is an ancient superfood, high in vitamins, minerals, and a potent antioxidant. It increases blood flow (oxygen and nutrients) to the brain and triggers the release of endorphins, improving one’s mood. It strengthens the immune system and helps reduce cholesterol and blood pressure.

Energetically, it places us in a meditative state and gently touches the heart, guiding us on an inner journey deep into the emotional center of our being. Through this beautiful and essential connection, we will embark on a musical and dance journey!

✨ About Shamanic Drum Journeying

This inner journey comes from an ancient practice of indigenous shamans. The steady sound of the drum, symbolizing the heartbeat of the universe, is connected to the sound of the mother’s heart that we hear as fetuses in the womb and creates a safe space around us to allow ourselves to travel into our inner world. Through the art of using the rhythm, we can enter an altered state of consciousness to connect with the spiritual dimension of the self.
With a clear intention, we can travel to other realms of access to our inner wisdom, through a meditative state. We go there to receive knowledge and healing from our inner teacher, but also to activate the power of manifestation that we all have within us.
