Το Ecstatic Dance είναι μια κοινοτική συγκέντρωση που ενθαρρύνει την ελευθερία και την έκφραση μέσω του χορού. Ελάτε μαζί μας και ζήστε έναν ασφαλή και εμπνευσμένο χώρο για χορό χωρίς να μιλάτε, να καταναλώνετε αλκοόλ ή τη γενική ατμόσφαιρα του νυχτερινού κέντρου. Πρόκειται για την αυτοέκφραση, την απελευθέρωση του σώματος και του μυαλού σας και τη σύνδεση με τον εαυτό σας και τους γύρω σας.
Ο Εκστατικός Χορός δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους ανθρώπους από όλα τα κοινωνικά στρώματα να εκφράζονται ελεύθερα, ανεξάρτητα από το σχήμα, το μέγεθος ή το υπόβαθρο. Η απελευθερωτική ατμόσφαιρα δημιουργεί ένα χωνευτήρι αποδοχής, ενώ η αφοβία με την οποία κινούνται οι άνθρωποι δίνει στους νεοφερμένους το κουράγιο να χορεύουν χωρίς αναστολές.

As you progress on this journey, all your self-imposed boundaries start dissolving, and expansion into your authentic limitless being is facilitated.
🔥 Λίγα λόγια για το Gong Bath
Το Gong Bath είναι μια μορφή ηχοθεραπείας όπου οι ήχοι και οι δονήσεις του γκονγκ δημιουργούν ένα βαθιά χαλαρωτικό και διαλογιστικό περιβάλλον. Οι συμμετέχοντες ξαπλώνουν άνετα ενώ οι ήχοι διαπερνούν το σώμα, προάγοντας τη μείωση του στρες και την ενεργειακή εξισορρόπηση. Οι συχνότητες του γκονγκ μπορούν να επηρεάσουν το νευρικό σύστημα, οδηγώντας σε κατάσταση ηρεμίας και ενδοσκόπησης. Αυτή η εμπειρία θεωρείται ιδανική για αποφόρτιση, βαθιά χαλάρωση και πνευματική σύνδεση.

Gong Bath is a form of sound therapy where the sounds and vibrations of the gong create a deeply relaxing and meditative environment. Participants lie comfortably while the sounds permeate the body, promoting stress reduction and energy balancing. This experience is considered ideal for de-stressing, deep relaxation, and spiritual connection.
